This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the RiderRadar mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using RiderRadar, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Motorcycle information (make, model, year)
• Messages and group chat content
• Friend lists, block lists, and social connections

• Device information (model, operating system, app version)
• Log data (IP address, timestamps, crash and error data)
• Usage analytics (features used, interactions, performance metrics)

c. Location Data

• Precise GPS location (only when you explicitly enable location sharing)
• Used for nearby rider discovery, RiderBeacon, and map-based features

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide RiderRadar features and services
• Enable real-time rider discovery and communication
• Send push notifications (ride invitations, messages, alerts)
• Maintain security and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only as necessary to operate RiderRadar:

• With service providers (such as Firebase, Google Maps, and hosting providers)

5. Location Data Use

Precise location data is collected only when you explicitly enable location sharing. It is used solely to provide core RiderRadar functionality such as nearby rider discovery and RiderBeacon features.

Location data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking purposes. You may disable location sharing at any time using in-app privacy controls.

6. Advertising

RiderRadar may display advertisements using third-party services such as Google AdMob. Ads may use device identifiers for basic ad delivery and measurement.

RiderRadar does not use precise location data, messages, or personal profile information for advertising or ad personalization.

7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

• Access your personal data

• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in machine-readable format

• Active account data is retained while your account remains active

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, access controls, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Children’s Privacy

RiderRadar is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be deleted.

11. International Users

RiderRadar is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to processing and storage of your data in jurisdictions where our servers operate.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of RiderRadar after updates constitutes acceptance.
