We share data only as necessary to operate RiderRadar:
Precise location data is collected only when you explicitly enable location sharing. It is used solely to provide core RiderRadar functionality such as nearby rider discovery and RiderBeacon features.
Location data is never used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or tracking purposes. You may disable location sharing at any time using in-app privacy controls.
RiderRadar may display advertisements using third-party services such as Google AdMob. Ads may use device identifiers for basic ad delivery and measurement.
RiderRadar does not use precise location data, messages, or personal profile information for advertising or ad personalization.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, access controls, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
RiderRadar is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Accounts identified as belonging to minors will be deleted.
RiderRadar is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to processing and storage of your data in jurisdictions where our servers operate.
